Beetroot and Orange Mocktail
Bold, ravishing red color adds a sense of daring to the beet-iful deliciousness of this radiant mocktail!
A deep red beverage this time of year conveys a little edginess and a lot of festive elegance, doesn’t it? Far from being blood-sucking draining, though, it’s thoroughly refreshing and revitalizing. Rich in antioxidants, electrolytes, and other powerful plant compounds and nutrients, bulbous beets have been increasinly garnering attention over the last decade, rising to superfood status. In fact, associated benefits of beets suggest they may support improved blood flow, lower blood pressure, and bolstered exercise stamina, to name a few.
Organic India Cinnamon Rose tea lends light floral notes and a touch of warm spice that complement the piquancy of ginger and citrusy orange brightness in this vibrant spritzer, but you can swap in another tea flavor of your choice, or even just use water or orange juice. Whatever you choose combined with velvety red beet juice will be magical, in flavor and in wellness benefits.
Bewitching Tulsi
Potent adaptogen Tulsi is known for its stress-relieving and life-enriching qualities. Noted in ancient Indian scriptures for over 5,000 years, this “Queen of Herbs” is revered throughout India as a sacred plant. Its powerful adaptogenic properties are considered stress-relieving and life enhancing, associated with supporting natural detoxification, bolstered immunity, spiritual uplift, and more. I love how Organic India’s Cinnamon Rose tea adds a delicately sweet and spiced floral kiss that beautifully balances all that herbal wealth.
You don’t need a juicer to prepare this beautiful blend. Simply pour through a fine mesh strainer after blending, pressing with cheesecloth for the maximal amount of rendered juice. Pour over ice if desired and top with sparkling water—or, if you’re feeling extra festive, your favorite ginger, citrus, or berry kombucha. However you choose to serve, this refresher is sure to be a treat.
