Chocolate ginger turmeric shake

Chocolate turmeric ginger shake
1 Cup unsweetened soy, almond or other plant-based milk
½ Teaspoon ORGANIC INDIA Turmeric Supplement (2 capsules)
¼ Cup cacao powder or dark cocoa powder
1 Teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped or grated
¾ -1 Cup spinach or kale leaves (a good-size handful, to taste)
1 medium banana, frozen and chopped
1 Tablespoon ORGANIC INDIA Whole Husk Psyllium
4-5 ice cubes
Optional toppings: cacao nibs, coconut whip, sliced bananas, added turmeric, cinnamon
Add ingredients to a blender — blend on high until smooth. Top as desired, and enjoy!
