Spiced Tea Sangria
Filled with fruity flavor, the combination of bubbles with both warm spice and floral notes from your favorite herbal tea makes this pretty and playful beverage truly distinct.
is the season, and as we all know, sometimes all the bustle can feel like overload. Happily, allurung mocktails can be just the thing for feeling festive and offering yourself a little bubbly boost with real wellness benefits. Vibrant and cozy teas make a beautiful base for sparkle, spice, and everything nice as it suits your mood, throughout the holidays and beyond.
My favorite tea bases are Organic India teas, rooted the sacred plant Tulsi (Holy Basil) is also known as “queen of herbs”, “the incomparable one”, and “elixir of life”. Packed with active plant compounds, Tulsi has been shown to support the digestive, immune, and metabolic systems while nourishing the body, mind, and spirit. All our organic teas harness that potency and abundance while infusing unique, delicious flavor and supporting regenerative agriculture and family farmers, too. These layers of goodnessonly add to the inner delight, making it all the easier to embrace the holiday spirit without all the spirits.
We’re in the most natural time of the year for pause and reflection, but this year there is so much to reflect on that can augment heavy-heartedness no matter how much we lean into gratitude. I’ve been navigating the ups and downs alright enough (I hope), while recognizing that I can’t meditate, run, swim, yoga, breathe, sip, or sleep my way permanently out of them. Getting creative, though—making tokens that come from the heart—has been a standout anchor. For me, that’s meant making little watercolor cards with basic old Crayola sets from my kindergarten teaching days, and of course experimenting in the kitchen. I hope you might enjoy this beauteous beverage, and play with all your favorite tea blends to to make your own mocktail magnificence!
